ALL orders are dispatched with 48 Hour Shipping via Royal Mail 48 UK Mainland. Order before 1pm. You can pay a small additional fee of for Royal Mail Next Day Shipping. Our returns policy is 30 days of receipt of order

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us on our ‘Contact Us’ page within 14 days. Any product you return is required to be in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging where this is possible.

Return Shipping

Unless the item(s) arrives damaged, it is the individual responsibility to pay return postage. Please obtain proof of postage - this can be done in the form of a receipt which will be given to you on request at your local post office. In the event of an item being lost on its way back to us, the proof of postage will be required in order for a refund to be actioned.
