Gift bag measures approximately 14" high x 4.5" wide x 3.5 "deep; charms measure approximately 1" high, are dishwasher safe and virtually unbreakable. Unique shoe shaped glass charms slide right on to the edge of each glass and stay securely in place - no wine glass stem needed! 

Delivery
ALL orders are dispatched with 48 Hour Shipping via Royal Mail 48 UK Mainland.  Order before 1pm. You can pay a small additional fee of for Royal Mail Next Working Day Shipping.  Our returns policy is 30 days of receipt of order 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us on our ‘Contact Us’ page within 14 days.  Any product you return is required to be in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging where this is possible.

Return Shipping 
Unless the item(s) arrives damaged, it is the individual responsibility to pay return postage.  Please obtain proof of postage - this can be done in the form of a receipt which will be given to you on request at your local post office.  In the event of an item being lost on its way back to us, the proof of postage will be required in order for a refund to be actioned.

Refund 
On receipt of the returned order, items will be inspected. If eligible for a return, a refund/response will be sent out within 3-5 days. To help us process your return as fast as possible, please enclose the original packing slip or enclose a note with your Order Number
